Who We Are.

KFR Coding Solutions is an El Paso, TX based company founded to supply educated coding specialists to meet the demands of the home health community. KFR is a company with the objective of helping agencies and is dedicated to the success of the home healthcare industry.

We insure improved accuracy, turnaround time and reimbursement by staffing certified coders who are devoted and dedicated to training and keeping current with the evolving coding rules and regulations. As a company whose knowledge and experience was derived from working "in-house," our ground up company seeks to be the home for your coding needs.

The Team.

Kathleen Franzi Rubio, owner and president of KFR Coding Solutions, is a member of the Association of Home Care Coding and Compliance (AHCC), as well as certified by the Board of Medical Specialty Coding as a Home Care Coding Specialist-Diagnosis. After several years in the industry, Kathleen began KFR as a way of meeting the demand for educated and knowledgeable coders. She recently became a member of the National Association of Professional Women.

We employ a team of experienced individuals to provide a variety of perspectives by bringing their varied skill set to the company. Our staff is comprised of:
